Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you contact us, request financing, value a trade-in, or ask about a vehicle, we may collect your name, phone number, mobile number, email address, and the details you provide about your vehicle or financing needs.

We also collect standard technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, process financing or purchase requests, provide the services you ask for, meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, and improve our website and customer experience.

Text messages (SMS/MMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we and our messaging provider may text you about the vehicle or service you asked about, appointment reminders, and updates on a request you started. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, financing, or service.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also reach us at 915-260-8049 · westexautogroup@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we share information — and what we never share

We share information with service providers who work on our behalf — our website host, our customer-relationship and messaging platform, financing partners you asked us to contact, and vehicle history providers — only so they can perform that work for us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Your choices

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us, and stop text messages by replying STOP. You can also configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some features of the site may not function properly as a result.
